Our Customer Accounts team is now looking for a self-motivated and customer focused team player to assist us in achieving that goal at our Yennora office. This role will be reporting into the Customer Accounts Manager.
What you will be doing
- AR tasks including cash collection, payment allocation, banking, reporting, responding to customer email and calls to resolve disputes and database management.
- Investigate, reconcile and complete customer credit claims with the use of systems including Navision and Cyltrack.
- Meeting KPIs on respective debtor's ledger and cash collection targets.
- Ensure data entry and maintenance of accounts is up to date, i.e. payments are allocated correctly.
- Maintain high levels of compliance and adherence with all legislative and company policies.
What you'll offer us
To succeed in this role our ideal candidate will have gained a minimum of 1+ years experience within a similar accounts related role. You will have strong attention to detail, drive to meet your KPIs and the ability to work in an autonomous environment to own your portfolio.
