About Our ClientPage Personnel is partnering with a client who develops hardware and software products to upgrade fleet operating systems through data collection.Job Description

• Acting as the primary contact for clients, responding promptly to enquiries via phone, email, in-person requests and Zendesk
• Processing Client Transactions; including but not limited to maintenance quotes and requests through Salesforce and Zendesk and updating required information
• Ensure accuracy and regular updating of Client Account Information
• Address client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner, escalating complex queries
• Prepare and maintain client records including interactions, transactions and correspondence
• Supporting with adhoc enquiries and administration tasks

The Successful Applicant

• Experience in using Salesforce
• Experience in using Zendesk
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
• Can work under pressure whilst demonstrating resilience
• Ability to be self motivated and work autonomously
• Is positive, friendly and approachable to those they communicate with
• High-level attention to detail
