Job Description Acting as the primary contact for clients, responding promptly to enquiries via phone, email, in-person requests and Zendesk Processing Client Transactions; including but not limited to maintenance quotes and requests through Salesforce and Zendesk and updating required information Ensure accuracy and regular updating of Client Account Information Address client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner, escalating complex queries Prepare and maintain client records including interactions, transactions and correspondence Supporting with adhoc enquiries and administration tasks The Successful Applicant Experience in using Salesforce Experience in using Zendesk Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues Can work under pressure whilst demonstrating resilience Ability to be self motivated and work autonomously…
