Using your passion for customer service and superior organisational skills, you will be providing support to customers for MotorOne Group’s Commercial Team.
About the role:
$60K + super
Full time, permanent position
Located in Mulgrave – from your desk on the 9th floor you can see all the way to the bay
Spacious open plan office where you will have your own allocated motorised desk
Be part of a team that works hard but has a lot of fun too (Friday games, monthly lunches, onsite gaming room with ping pong, arcade machines and car racing games)
Two positions available
What you’ll be doing:
Provide outstanding customer service to MotorOne’s customers as you coordinate bookings
Generate invoices and issue warrant documentation
Maintain a daily customer service log
Action all delegated orders, update and maintain stock registers,
Resolve product and service related issues
Create bookings for c
What we’re looking for:
An organised and proactive customer service professional who believes in going the extra mile to get a positive outcome for the customer
Great attention detail
Confident and friendly phone manner
Ability to work to set KPIs
An engaged team player who will contribute to the fun and overall success of the team
