Join the Federal Government as an IT Support Officer. Role based in Brisbane CBD. 12 month contract.

Your new company

Our client is an independent prosecution service established by Parliament to prosecute alleged offences against Commonwealth law. They provide an effective, ethical, high quality and independent criminal prosecution service for Australia. They are looking for an IT Support Officer for an initial 12 month contract (until 24 Dec 2024)

Your new role

As an IT Support Officer, you will be required to assist with onsite and remote ICT support which includes:

• Provide support for the IT Service Desk in Level 1 operations on a rotating roster system
• Multimedia file & content editing: both Audio & Video
• Perform diagnostics for resolution of operating systems, software, and applications
• Hardware preparation for court appearances

You will be responsible for the Installation and maintenance of hardware (specifically):

• Laptops (including peripherals, e.g. Dock, Monitors, Mouse & Keyboards)
• Telephones
• iPhones
• PC

What you'll need to succeed

• An active Baseline security clearance is advantageous
• Australian citizenship
