About the Role
The Customer & Branch Support Administrator is a key point of contact for Customers, Volunteers and our Meals on Wheels Branches. You will be part of a cohesive team in providing information, guidance and support.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
This is an important customer relationship role, and the key responsibilities will include:
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring all enquiries are promptly managed.
- Ensure the customer data base is accurately maintained and updated by coordinating and recording information.
- Respond and accurately record all feedback submissions ensuring follow up.
- Work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, customers and their representatives.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience required.
- Strong customer service focus and commitment to quality.
- Reliability, self-direction and ability to prioritise tasks.
- The ability to multitask and to be able to work in a fast-paced working environment with attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a warm engaging style
- Professional, mature and positive 'can do' attitude.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Experience with Aged Care Services & My Aged Care systems highly desirable.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook).
- Teamwork approach.
