Form of workYOUR OPPORTUNITYWe are looking for a full time Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team, to provide an exceptional level of service to our growing customer base. This role is critical within our broader Customer Care Excellence Team and will be based in Darwin, WA.Whilst you will be focusing on delivering outstanding service to our customers and the market, no day will ever be the same! You’ll serve customers face to face, stock shelves adequately, track customer orders and ensure the Trade Store is neat and tidy.

Process customer orders and manage the end-to-end customer experience
Interact with our customers in our Trade Centre including face to face service, responding to customer requests, sourcing parts, and following up on expected time of arrivals (ETA’s) for backorders
Provide product-based information where required – don’t worry, you’ll be supported by us to build your knowledge and skills for this!Undertake daily stock replenishment/stock takes and update our Trade Centre ShowroomsGeneral housekeeping in the Trade Centre to ensure it is always safe, clean and inviting for customers
We have an amazing training program available so if you’re concerned you don’t have all the skills yet - we will train you!To be successful you will bring: Customer service experience in a Trade Store/retail environment (desirable)Well-developed customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ approach
