Doors Plus is an innovative, family-owned company that has been successfully operating in Australia for 30+ years. We are looking for a full time Receptionist to join our Customer Care Centre in our Minchinbury head office.
This role requires:
- Someone who has excellent verbal communication skills, clarity of speech and professional wirtten manner for both in house and customer correspondence.
- Confidence with phone systtems - headsets, using hold and transferring calls etc.
- The ability to communicate details via email or other platform while actively listening and engaging with a customer.
- A person who excels in time management and can distinguish priority tasks.
About you:
- We prefer a person with at least one years' experience in reception.
- We are looking for a warm and empathetic person, who wants the best for their customers.
- We would like a calm person who is confident with handling intense discussions.
- We need someone who can work both individually and within a team environment.
- We would like someone who finds satisfaction in an active work environment and will proactively seek tasks during slower period.
