Operating out of the National Assessment Centre based in Perth CBD. This opportunity offers a rotating roster of 40 hours per week between the hours of 7am - 7pm. Must be available for a 2 week training period Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm.
6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT WITH A STRONG VIEW TO PERMANENCY AND/OR EXTENSION! FLEXIBLE WORK FROM HOME OPTIONS AVAILABLE.
The successful candidate will:
- Have the highest of personal and professional standards and are wanting to use this to help others in a meaningful way.
- Is an exceptional communicator, able to build rapport immediately and connect and engage with a customer over the phone within a sensitive environment.
- Be passionate about delivering A+ service with care, compassion and professionalism.
- Have strong multi tasking abilities and is able to a hold a conversation whilst navigating a system.
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer driven environment is highly regarded.
