About the Role

We have both Permanent Full-Time roles (38hrs per week) and Permanent Part-Time opportunities available. Our new team members must be able to work on a rotating roster of Mon-Fri 9am -5 pm and Sat-Sun (+P’hols) 7 am-3pm.

We believe in flexibility but also being connected as a team. This means that whilst this role is 100% work from home, there will be the occasion where we would get the whole team together for training or social events.

The training for this role would include getting together for the first 4 weeks of induction so that we can train you and ensure you are set up to work from home and really own it when you work by yourself. If you come on board as a Permanent Part-Time employee, we would need you available for full time hours for the first 4 weeks for training.

Getting connected at the start of your journey with us also gets you connected with your team and your team leader in person so you have faces to names and get to know a bit more about each other before you fly solo at home.

Our Customer Service Guru’s provide an outstanding customer experience for our telecommunications customers through all interactions, including calls, chats, and emails at all times.

A day in the life of one of our Customer Service Guru’s includes taking calls, chats and emails (inbound only unless we are providing a follow up) for our mobile customers. This could include assisting them to activate their sim card, top up / recharge their mobile service, assist with general support enquiries.

  • The total base remuneration is $60,775 including super: Comprised of $55,000 base + 11% Super ($5,775) + applicable penalty rates apply to relevant shifts in addition to this amount.

Please note that you must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be eligible for this role.
