YOUR ROLE
Based from our offices at Cranbourne West VIC, the Customer & Commercial Analyst for one of our key automotive customers will oversee and manage our billing process, claims analysis, and issue coordination. This pivotal role involves ensuring accuracy in billing, maintaining robust KPI dashboards, and handling dealer claims.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Specifically, you will:

  • Manage and coordinate billing processes across sites, ensuring accuracy in contract rate card adherence, supporting information consistency, and obtaining necessary approvals
  • Update and maintain KPI dashboards, providing up-to-date commentary sourced from the operations team
  • Oversee CEVA DCAPs system for dealer claims, including setup, validation, assessment, and credit processing. Conduct claims analytics for insights
  • Act as the initial point of contact for dealer issues, triaging and tracking them toward resolution. Manage the internal issue register between CEVA and the customer head office.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate has:
  • Proven experience in billing, claims management, or commercial analysis within a logistics or related industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from operational data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise workload effectively.
In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
