Form of work CARCO is a multi-faceted dealership that features new car sales, used car sales, car finance & insurance, consignment and soon a kid’s zone, a licensed cafe, indoor tracks for radio-controlled cars and a fully functioning car servicing workshop! CARCO is currently expanding, and as such we are seeking motivated individuals to be a part of an exciting new team to support this growth. About The Role: Reporting directly to the Team Leader, we are looking for self-motivated individuals who pride themselves on the highest levels of customer service, great communication skills, target driven, and competitive. Sales experience will be highly regarded but not essential. No Experience? No Worries! If you are a genuine team player with a 'can-do' customer-centric attitude and good work ethic, we will provide all the training you need. Main duties will include: Receiving leads from various sources (Mainly Phone) Converting these leads into Sales Appointments and over the Phone Sales. Ensuring all leads are actioned immediately and promptly. Ensuring all leads are recorded accurately and updated timely. Ensuring all leads are followed up to a complete cycle. Achieving Sales and Appointment Targets monthly. Providing the highest level of customer service and promoting the CARCO brand Willing to work the following hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday – 8am – 5.30pm, Wednesday – 8am – 8pm and Saturday – 8am – 1pm What's in it for YOU?
