- Reports to the Senior Customer Communications Manager
- 6 month contract position, 38 hours per week
- Flexible hybrid working - slick offices in Southbank
Customer communications will inlcude key programs of work, lifecycle, campaign management and operational communications
Supporting the team in a peak work period. This will involve working on a range of projects including the following activities which can evolve to align with the business' strategic goals:
- Support in key priority programs of work (i.e. churn prevention initiatives).
- Support in the execution of integrated campaigns (end to end).
- Develop and manage required lifecycle communications (i.e. onboarding, billing, recontracting) to drive ongoing engagement and reduce churn.
- Utilise customer journey mapping and other techniques to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Develop reporting to measure the effectiveness of communications. Ensure regular updates to the broader business
- Manage communications across multiple projects and budgets, concurrently.
- Build an always on approach to retain high value customers.
- Brief external agencies/delivery partners on the communications pieces and collateral (traditional and digital) to deliver our targeted messages.
About You:
- 3-5 years experience in Marketing/Communications
- Exposure to highly regulated environments - financial services, oil and gas, energy, sustainability etc highly advantageous
- Exposure to a retail environment with high customer churn highly desirable
- Customer Relationship Management skill set - segmentation, loyalty programs
- Deep understanding of, and commitment to achieving results - with a particular focus on loyalty drivers that impact retention/churn
- Ability to develop, track and utilise marketing metrics
- Experienced with facilitating meetings and workshops
- Working experience with Salesforce or similar CRM a bonus
