About the Role
An exciting opportunity for a Customer Connect Care Representative has become available within our Surfers Paradise office!
In this role, you will operate in a call centre/ data processing environment handling inbound and outbound enquiries relating to BOQ Finance, maintaining a high level of customer service with every interaction. You will provide accurate and timely responses to our client base or external brokers along with internal teams whilst maintaining a high level of customer service excellence in every interaction.
About you
We are looking for an experienced customer service provider first and foremost who lives and breathes all things customers. You have a background in commercial lending, consumer or asset finance business but this is not necessary. It will also be advantageous to have experience working with Windows 10, Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
