Airnorth has an exciting opportunity for aCustomer Contact Consultant to join our team on an 8-month maternity leave position.  

Reporting to the Reservations Supervisor, you will be responsible for arranging reservations and bookings for our valued customers whilst maintaining a high level of excellent customer service.

RESPONSIILITIES:

  • Processing bookings and issuing tickets to meet our customers’ requests including our corporate clients;
  • Providing accurate information on all aspects of reservations to Travel Agents and other industry partners;
  • Answering queries and processing bookings generated via our website;
  • Ensuring reservations-related paperwork and queues are actioned accordingly;
  • Processing of pre-paid excess baggage;
  • Ensuring passengers are aware of schedule changes and delays.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • High level of customer service delivery
  • Data entry experience
  • Willingness to work within a team environment
  • Enthusiasm and confidence
  • Experience with Amadeus, fares and ticketing or previous positions within the travel industry will be highly regarded.
