Our inbound Customer Service team at Lisarow is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Contact Consultant to join our Customer Service team at Lisarow on a full-time basis.

In this role, you will be required to assist our large customer base with their orders and enquiries via telephone and email within a fast-paced, high volume call centre. 

Working around the business demand will see the hours required for the role vary each week with a rotating roster. You will experience both busy and quiet periods across the year in line with school terms and our business activity supporting both schools and retailers.

To be successful for this position you will need to have:

  • Flexibility and be adaptable to work a range of hours between 8.30am-5.00pm each day between Monday-Friday and are comfortable with working various hours each week as needed.
  • Experience in working within a call centre environment with use of a telephone queuing system.
  • Excellent communication skills both over the phone and via email, as well as a desire to exceed customer expectations backed by strong administrative skills.
  • The ability to multitask in working from multiple platforms at once.
  • A willingness to be cross trained within the call centre.
