In this role you will manage a portfolio providing high touch support to clients with a variety of needs and enquiries for a World leading insurer.
You will leverage your previous experience to:
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers
• Meet targets including customer advocacy
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of our products and services
• Confidently navigate and source information from multiple internal systems
