About the role
As a Customer Contact Consultant in our Service Team at Cameron Park, you will play a proactive role in supporting our customers in achieving their financial goals. You will act as the initial point of contact for both internal and external customer enquiries, ensuring efficient and effective management of calls pertaining to Greater Bank's products and services. This varied role will ensure you are constantly learning within a supported and flexible team environment, with no workday the same.
We have Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available, working within the span of hours between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday and a 4-hour shift on alternate Saturdays between the hours of 8am to 1pm.
What are we looking for?
- Experience within a customer service-based position providing high levels of service
- An intuitive mindset that will enable you to investigate customers’ true needs and promote products and services based on those requirements
- The ability to quickly learn and understand detailed information relative to Greater Bank’s products and services, which will enable you to explain this to our customers’ needs and provide key features and benefits
- The ability to build rapport quickly with Greater Bank’s customers, ensuring we promote and maintain long-lasting relationships
- Exceptional phone manner with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and dispute-resolution skills
- A strong team-focused work ethic with the ability to achieve individual and group objectives
- A keen interest in developing a career within the financial services industry
- Where an individual cannot satisfy the experience requirements, you will need to demonstrate that you have already commenced or completed relevant qualifications.
