26th February, 2024 Description: Role Title: Customer Engagement Officer (part time role) 28 hours per week Rates : $56.76 super Location: SydneyDuration: 6 months The Customer Engagement Officer is responsible for championing positive customer outcomes by supporting the organisation and stakeholders to provide best practice customer service as well as delivering timely, quality and professional responses to enquiries and feedback. Key accountabilities Deliver exceptional customer service to stakeholder, community and visitors as a frontline representative of the Authority, including effective first line response to enquiries and feedback through multiple communication channels in order to acknowledge, resolve and record customer complaints and escalate any unresolved issues. Liaise with relevant staff regarding the referral of complex enquiries and complaints and maintain a professional and friendly manner in all customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction as a priority.
