Due to increase of business, we have positions available to work at our locations, some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Serving our valued customers at the counter
- Ensuring all aspects of quality control are delivered, including presentation of counter/s, paperwork and fleet
- Answering calls and making reservations
- Some vehicle cleaning
- General office duties & Banking
As a Customer Experience Agent you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of customer relationships both in the corporate and discretionary commercial and vehicle rental markets. Your understanding of customer needs and ability to deliver exceptional service will ensure success.
To perform the role effectively, you will possess the following attributes:

- Passion for the vital role you play within the team and company and importantly flexibility of working hours and days with some weekend work.
- Willing to travel and work between branches
- Hold a current non-restricted drivers licence and able to drive manual
