About the role:
 
The Enterprise Specialist Systems Team serves a critical role in supporting enterprise level applications across Corporate and Enterprise business units including safety, environmental, sustainability, legal, risk, compliance, corporate affairs, and property. 
This role is responsible for managing the risks relating to availability, service continuity, security, ITIL support processes and vendor relationships for over 30 enterprise level cloud hosted, vendor hosted and SAAS applications. 
You will also provide application support, problem management, small change activities and minor form changes. 
Why this role matters?
-Actively record and mitigate IT technical risks relating to the Corporate and Enterprise business areas. 
-Independently resolve technical/business incidents, and pro-actively manage incidents to prevent future incidents. 
-Manage the upkeep of all technical documentation using the company CMDB and our team support documents. 
-Ensure the team capture the right information during an incident to support Post Incident Reports and Problem Management. 
-Conduct system monitoring and reporting, emphasising ongoing process improvements for enhanced operational availability and reliability. 
-Work with internal technical teams, internal support teams and integrated suppliers to resolve incidents, requests, and IT problems. 
-Install and deploy software updates, patches, and fixes following established procedures and processes, including change management.  
-Organise security reviews as required and close out actions relating to these reviews. 
-Carry out regular service continuity reviews to ensure applications may be recovered in the event of an outage. 
-Carry out small changes to low-code applications as requested by the business. 
-Manage the team's response to Major Incident Management Technical bridges & Management bridges if required.  
 
What will you bring?
-At least 5 years of experience in IT delivery of support services.
-Technical skills in the following areas: SAAS and COTs app management, Cloud App Management in Azure and/or AWS, Master Data Management in Enterprise Apps, Scripting Languages (e.g. Java Script, VBA, Python), Azure AD management, SSO Implementation, Mobility Apps 
-Proficient in application troubleshooting, diagnosing, testing, and resolving customer issues.   
-Experience with IT Infrastructure & Networking technologies within an enterprise environment. 
-Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation and documentation. 
-Client driven; you have a strong focus on providing the best services to customers. 
-Ability to deliver consistent results even under low supervision.
