We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Assistant to join our team to support our Trade customers.
The Trade Customer Experience Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Wholesale and Trade partners. They will set the foundations for all operational aspects of customer service across our three operating regions; Australia, US and the UK including outreach, onboarding, discovery, sales to after sale service.
Requiring excellent organisational and communication skills, the Trade Customer Experience Assistant will nurture relationships, exceed our partners expectations and make every interaction a positive experience.
This position presents an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience in Customer Experience or sales administration who is seeking their next challenge.
You will thrive in this role if you can take on these key responsibilities;
Customer Relationship Management
- Manage the Wholesale Customer Service inbound enquiries promptly, responding in a confident and professional manner as a product and brand specialist.
- Review inbound trade applications and take responsibility for reviewing, approving and onboarding new trade partners.
- Support partners in curating appropriate ranges and create bespoke trade orders with the support of the Product & Merchandise Manager.
- Nurture key accounts with the aim to improve sales performance, drive repeat purchase or extend range where possible
Wholesale & Trade Sales Portal Management
- Working with the Digital Team, ensure that the regional ordering portals are accurate and well-maintained with companies, customers, visuals and inventory.
Fulfilment administration
- Liaise with Logistics Manager and 3PL warehouse partners across all regions to action customer requests and ensure a smooth and efficient Customer Experience
Data & Reporting
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly reporting on sales performance and key metrics including key account updates.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Prior experience working in sales or customer service teams
- Experience with customer service platforms and order management systems, ie. Gorgias, Shopify
- A proactive, results-driven mindset
- Ability to nurture strong relationships, through positive and empathetic communications
