In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our exceptional customer service standards are upheld, with each and every customer receiving an incredible experience.Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle incoming phone calls, directing inquiries as appropriate and ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Assisting and supporting customers in the dealership, ensuring they are attended to and have an exceptional experience,
- Ensuring relevant areas are kept clean and tidy and presented to an impeccable standard
- Working as part of a team to ensure coverage across the building
- Ensure adherence to company policy and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Previous experience in a professional customer-facing service environment highly preferred
- Excellent presentation at all times
- Highly developed customer service skills, including in person and via phone
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work on Saturday's consistently
