Joining us as a Customer Engagement Experience Consultant, you will:
- Be the first point of contact and a welcoming voice for our customers
- Be an integral part of the Customer Engagement Experience team
- Communicate with our customer daily, providing game changing customer service
- Show empathy and compassion whilst remaining target focused
- Support our Employment Consultants and the wider team, contributing to the ultimate goal of placing our customers into sustainable employment
- Display excellent problem solving capabilities and be a strong team player
- Be ready to continually challenge the status quo and push yourself to be the best you can be with continuous learning, personally and professionally

Located at Box Hill, this is a full time permanent position.
