We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager.
The Customer Experience Manager will play a key role in ensuring that every customer interaction with OTR is positive, memorable, and reflects our commitment to excellence.
Your contributions
Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance the overall Customer Experience, including implementing initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of customer service representatives to always deliver exceptional service.
Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices for delivering outstanding customer service.
Feedback Management: Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance the Customer Experience.
Operational Excellence: Work closely with operations management to ensure that operational processes are optimised to meet customer needs efficiently.
Problem Resolution: Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy, striving for quick and satisfactory resolutions.

What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field desired but not essential.
Proven experience in a customer service or Customer Experience management role, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences.
