Customer Experience Manager (Remote)
We are looking for a fully remote Customer Experience Manager to work at Austin's top moving company. - Sell Without the Sleaze: We’re about education-based selling. You’ll help people understand why we’re the best movers in town without the typical sales fluff.
- Be the Glue: You'll connect the dots between dispatch, scheduling, and customer happiness. It’s about making the complex stuff feel easy.
- Champion of Customer Bliss: From the first “hello” to the final “we’ve moved you,” you’re making sure our customers are more than just 4.9/5 stars satisfied.
- All Remote, All the Time: Work in your PJs, we don’t care. Monday to Friday, 8-5 CST.
