Our Customer Experience team on the Gold Coast is growing rapidly, and this month we are seeking experienced professional Customer Experience professionals to join us at our brand new Bundall office.
About the Role:
As a Customer Experience Officer, your key responsibilities will be:
- Providing Aspire42 customers with an outstanding experience across multiple platforms
- Providing solutions and alternatives to achieve customer satisfaction
- Achieving monthly and weekly operational KPIs
- Supporting team members when required, and maintaining strong relationships with the team
- Supporting the business requirements and providing leads to the sales and retention team
- Additional administration duties and tasks that arise.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Able to demonstrate a successful track record of customer service/experience and sales support, ideally in a high volume transactional environment
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, especially verbal communication over the phone
- Excellent customer service skills, including the capability to de-escalate upset or emotional situations, and generate win-win outcomes for the company and the customer.
- Able to handle high pressure environments, remaining calm, courteous and methodical while demonstrating empathy to the customer as well as a determined and focused results orientation.
