Offering a supportive work environment with a great culture they are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team for a period of 7-8 weeks to cover holiday leave.About the role
- Manage and develop customer accounts.
- Order entry and updating customer information.
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Liaise between customers and cross-functional teams.
- Update the customer data base to assist in the sales and communication process.
- Manage weekly sales and target deliverables to ensure budgets are met.
- Liaise with Production and Warehouse teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Liaise with Production Teams and Supply Teams to ensure accurate lead times as per customer requirements.
- Update customers with production time-line changes.
- Review open orders daily to ensure customers are notified of changes.
- Developed communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport
- Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes
- Previous Customer Service and sale support experience
- Strong time management skills
- A high attention to detail

- Strong problem solving and negotiating skills
