As a Permanent Call Centre Agent, you'll be at the heart of our operation, connecting passengers with their rides and ensuring their journeys are smooth and stress-free. Training is provided.
As a Permanent Call Centre Agent, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional Customer Experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
Receiving incoming customer calls and assisting with booking taxi services. Providing accurate information about fare estimates, available vehicles, and estimated arrival times. Assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Collaborating with drivers and dispatch to ensure timely and efficient pickups. Recording customer details and interactions accurately for future reference.
