About Our Client
Progressive & innovative global manufacturer seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative to join their established team. Build customer relationships by working with both dealership and retail customers to ensure their enquiries and needs are met by providing exceptional services for the life cycle of their relationship and beyond.
Job Description
* Maintain effective relationships with both our retail customers and dealership network by responding to inquiries and/or disputes.* Resolve dealer past dues through following up on disputes and negotiation of payment arrangements. Liaise with Credit Account Managers with any potential or actual problematic dealer accounts.
Responds to and resolves complex escalated service issues and requests.
* Providing backup/support for any other Customer related task that the department requires* Assists with problem solving, training, and mentoring less experienced team members.* Identify process improvement opportunities to ensure overall Customer Experience and Dealer Experience is of an exceptional standard.* Various other duties including undertaking special projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
Previous customer service experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to use Microsoft Office applications; Teams; SharePoint.
Knowledge of the basic Accounts Receivables fundamentals.
Ability to respond to Customer and Dealer inquiries supplying appropriate information, assisting with basic online functionality or resolving medium complexity problems. Go-getter attitude
