About the roleAbout the role: An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced **Customer Experience Specialist **to join our team. Reporting to the Client and Member Services Team Leader, you will be acting as the 1st point of contact for our Members. In this busy role, you will be primarily responsible for handling membership enquiries made or received by telephone, email, or other digital channels for the Australian Computer Society (ACS).
What you'll be responsible for- 💬 Customer Advocacy and Feedback
Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs
- 💬 Customer Query Handling
Serve as the subject matter expert for the product/service, address customer questions and facilitate requests that need to be actioned by internal teams

Log, investigate, and resolve customer dissatisfaction or problems, to improve negative Customer Experiences
