Customer Experience Support - Palm Lake Care Caloundra

We are currently looking to fill a Full Time Customer Experience Support role who will work collaboratively with our team at Caloundra to support and enhance the journey from enquiry management to admission.

Your role

As the Customer Experience Support for Palm Lake Care Caloundra, you will focus on partnering with key stakeholders to improve service levels and conversion rates and ultimately maximize occupancy goals. 

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will contribute to the ongoing pursuit of occupancy goals, promoting system compliance, and supporting an excellent user experience for all stakeholders including residents and families, referrers and Caring Community colleagues. 

You will utalise our current systems and processes to support enquiry management and enhance the Customer Experience.

A few obvious things

  • Demonstrated Aged Care experience in inquiry and admissions as well as customer service experience.
  • Ability to provide prospective residents & families with an exceptional sales experience, and development of onsite placement staff. 
  • Ability to build excellent relationships/partnerships with local community and referral sources, growing PLC’s image and reputation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and from all backgrounds.
  • The ability to act tactfully in sensitive situations.
  • Ability to problem solve and negotiate favourable outcomes.
  • A current National Police check.
  • Current Driver’s license.
