The Role:
As a Customer Experience Team Member, you'll handle new inbound phone and web enquiries from customers interested in purchasing vehicles, as well as the outbound follow up of older enquiries. Your role will involve tasks such as capturing customer and vehicle details, contacting customers, booking and managing test drive appointments for our sales staff, processing online deposits and data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all inbound inquiries via phone and web.
- Capture and record customer and vehicle details accurately.
- Convert enquiries to test drive appointments.
- Working with the sales team to manage the appointment and follow up customers
- Keep accurate system records to reflect sales status and conversions
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong digital literacy and computer system proficiency.
- Attention to detail and high organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented and driven by results.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Ability to operate across a 7 day roster and work alternate weekends with Team Members is highly desirable.
