As a Customer Fulfilment Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing operations, administration tasks e.g. data entry, as well as logistic coordination, and managing 3PL providers. Your responsibilities will include addressing delivery issues, handling escalations, and ensuring efficient claims resolutions. This role demands versatility and a strategic mindset.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Phone Communication: Handle delivery issues, manage escalations, and navigate claims resolutions through effective communication.
- Data Mastery: Utilise intermediate to advanced Excel skills to build insightful reports for informed decision-making.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain internal and external relationships for seamless collaboration.
