About the role
We are currently seeking a IT Application Support Specialist to join our Corporate IT team in Sydney, NSW. This role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and configure ServiceNow modules, particularly focused on IT Service Management (ITSM) and Service Catalogue.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements to ServiceNow instances.
- Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 Sales modules to support sales team operations.
- Create and Maintain SharePoint online site collections, libraries, lists, and permissions.
- Monitor SharePoint usage and performance, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Maintain system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and user guides.
About you
- Proficiency in configuring and customising ServiceNow, including creating business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflows
- Experience customising Dynamics 365 including business rules, JavaScript, and workflow processes and Power Automate
- Experience administering supporting sites and users in SharePoint Online
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365, C# not essential, but would be an advantage
- Must be able to communicate with and present to a variety of different audiences
