The
Commercial Support Specialist plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth functioning of the sales and commercial activities including contracts and pricing. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our client's logistic system platform, address any technical issues and provide exceptional support to customers.
Skills and Experience required:- Proven experience in sales support, Commercial Support, system administration, preferably within the logistics or healthcare industry
- Experience supporting sales activities, including preparing proposals, contracts, and pricing documentation for our customers
- Previous experience in Supply Chain, Transport or Logistics
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in logistics system platforms, databases, and troubleshooting techniques, ideally Power BI and Metabase
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to address inquiries and resolve issues professionally and empathetically
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders at various levels
