This Opportunity
A Customer Information and Billing Officerat TasWater is responsible for ensuring accurate property, infrastructure, and Customer Information.
In this position you will help us Deliver on Commitments by:
- Ensuring customers are billed for the correct products and services associated with their property and,
- Undertaking the associated activities to maintain accurate Customer Information.
- Meet required KPIs and maintain a high level of service and care to internal and external stakeholders to achieve team goals.
- Implement complex account adjustments following relevant business rules and guidelines, identify and correct data integrity issues.

The Details
8 positions are currently available and are all permanent full-time positions, that can be based in Devonport, Launceston or Hobart.
The position attracts a total remuneration package of $80,000 – 89,000 per annum (including superannuation).
