Large national infrastructure firm are seeking a suitably experienced Project Finance Administrator, with a focus on invoicing, to join one of their finance teams on a permanent full-time basis.
Your new role
- Invoicing clients in line with contracts
- Managing data from site daily - ensuring captured correctly and approved
- Raising and Managing PO's
- Reconciliations
- Journals
- Cost Analysis on projects
- Process improvement
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to deal with high volumes of data
- Experience with systems such as SAP and excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Drive to improve processes and progress your career in project finance
