Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday - 38 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning Operations
- Oversee and manage cleaning operations within a Residential Aged Care Facility.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Consumer Interaction:
- Engage with residents and effectively manage consumer feedback, ensuring timely resolutions and a positive resident experience.
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of consumer participation in an Aged Care setting.
- Computer Skills:
- Utilize proficient computer skills, including Excel, Word, Email, and Employment apps.
- Leadership and Adaptability:
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, adapting to the evolving needs of the cleaning team.
- Provide guidance and support to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Communication:
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interact effectively with staff, residents, and other stakeholders.
- Organizational and Time Management:
- Maintain strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring efficient cleaning schedules and operations.
- Quality and Continuous Improvement:
- Apply a working knowledge of quality and continuous improvement principles to enhance cleaning processes and outcomes.
- Industrial and Commercial Cleaning:
- Utilize experience in Industrial and Commercial Cleaning to meet facility standards and requirements.
- Commercial Laundry Operations:
- Oversee Commercial Laundry Operations to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Driver’s License:
- Hold a valid Victorian Driver’s License.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in Cleaning Services, particularly within Residential Aged Care Facilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, adaptability, and reliability.
- Experience in Industrial and Commercial Cleaning.
- Experience in Commercial Laundry Operations.
