Your new role
As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences for the residents, their families, and other stakeholders. You will be the bridge between the organisation and those that they serve, providing support, information, and assistance.
Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with residents, families, and external partners.
Communication: Act as a point of contact for enquiries, feedback, and concerns. Provide timely and empathetic responses.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Community Engagement: Participate in community events, workshops, and outreach programs.
Collaboration: Work closely with our care teams, administration, and management to enhance service delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be passionate about delivering exceptional service and have strong verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, you will need to be able to listen actively and respond with compassion. You will also need to be
Organised: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
Adaptable: Thrive in a dynamic environment.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in customer service, administration, or a related discipline.
WWVP Card and NPC (within 6 months)
