- Hybrid 3 days in office
- Build highly relevant messaging and experiences across the Customer Lifecycle, and through content that engages customers, increasing active use and retention.
- Leverage data and conduct customer research to understand the needs of customers
- Develop new initiatives through deep customer empathy and rapid experimentation
- Exhibit a passion for owning the end-to-end customer experience – collaborating with key stakeholders across functions to drive business results for both the short and long term
- Localise and extend messaging across multiple markets in multiple languages
- Leverage cross-channel tactics and marketing automation to communicate with customers effectively and efficiently
- Work closely with cross functional teams and leverage internal and external best practices to drive experimentation and deliver awesome experiences for customers
- 3-5 years leading marketing campaigns with customer/ Lifecycle Marketing experience
- Effective communicator – a talent for distilling the product benefits that address customer pain points and crafting a relatable messaging journey that communicates those benefits to the customer
- Data-driven with extensive experience using data and insights to inform campaign strategies and ensure activities are measured, evaluated, and optimised to meet business objectives
- Understanding of marketing automation frameworks and platforms (Eloqua)
- Experience in delivering automated campaigns preferred.
- Excellent creative problem-solving skills, ability to glean insights, develop a vision and make it come to life with actionable plans
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
