A role that is responsible for scheduling and selling routine service and repairs within the service department. The Customer Relations Officer's role is to promote customer satisfaction to the required dealer standard.
THE ROLE
To schedule service appointments
Greet customers in a manner fitting of the dealership standards
Write up customer concerns on service and repair orders
Communication to customers and staff on progress of repair throughout the day
THE PERSON
Reliable and self-motivated
Effective listening and strong interpersonal skills
Experience in building and maintaining a team culture
Ability to lead with strong organisational and decision making skills
