Since its inception in 2008, HYPAR Group has grown into three core service providers, HYPAR, HYPAR Residential Care, and adventure therapy service HYPAR WILD.

We offer a range of tailored supports, including Mentoring, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Disability Support, Residential Care, and Adventure Therapy to participants across Greater Brisbane and the surrounding South East Queensland region.

We are now seeking a full time Customer Relations Officer to be based at our head office in Narangba. This is an entry-level position responsible for providing administration support to the Customer Relations Manager. 

About the role...

The key responsibilities for this role are:

  • Answer all incoming office calls, assisting with any relevant enquiries where possible and transferring to relevant party as needed.
  • Assist the Customer Relations Manager when directed with the completion of relevant paperwork for intake and assessment such as service agreement and schedule of supports.   
  • Have a good understanding of internal systems such as Flowlogic, Xero and Annature, completing data entry and basic administration tasks within the systems.
  • Maintaining confidential and comprehensive recording systems relating to participants and their families.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders including participants and carers.
  • Support the Customer Relations Manager to conduct periodic check-ins with recently onboarded participants to ensure they are satisfied with the service they are receiving. Providing feedback to the relevant service for continual improvement.
  • Provide administration support to the NDIS team as directed and required.

Skills needed for the role...

  • Previous administration experience highly regarded 
  • Proficient with Microsoft suites desirable 
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must have or willing to obtain the following certifications:
    • Paid Blue Card
    • Paid NDIS Disability Worker Screening 
    • QLD Drivers Licence
    • LCS2 Child Safety Screening Check
