Our opportunity
Reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager, you will be engaging with clients who are interested in purchasing residential properties. Your primary focus will be on delivering an excellent customer experience at each and every stage of the client journey - starting from the initial inspection all the way through to the handover process.
This role will commence at the beginning of February 2024, interviews will be conducted in mid January. Please note this is an 8-month casual role.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Attend meetings with Sales & Marketing and Construction teams in Head Office and on site.
  • Assist with EDM Purchaser Updates
  • Involved in customer variation process as appropriate for relevant state requirements.
  • Manage and undertake viewings and pre-settlement inspections with purchasers
  • Manage and undertake valuation inspections.
  • Assist with compiling the settlement packs for handover to the customers or their representatives.
  • Manage and undertake handover with customers at settlement
Your point of difference
You are a Customer Service professional within the property sector with 2+ years experience in a similar role.
Ideally, you have moderate settlement and/or sales experience, with a solid commercial and legal compliance knowledge.
You will have customer facing experience, relevant tertiary qualifications and established industry networks.
Finally, you will have good Microsoft Suite knowledge and solid communication and data management skills.
Please note, some occasional weekend work may be required (3-4 times in a year max).
