Job DescriptionAs our Customer Relationship Manager this role will see you execute Kairros’s strategic business objectives through customer engagement and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a key contributor to Kairros’ senior management team and strategic and business planning cycles
- Develop and execute customer action plans and marketing and communication plans
- Proactively manage Customer Relationships to identify opportunities for growth, service enhancement and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the national Kairros team and broader Group functions on product innovation and implementation
- Lead, support and coach the customer team so that they undertake work in accordance with divisional priorities, policies and processes.
- Provide mentoring and education to the operational teams on best practice customer service
- Represent the business at industry events and forums
- Ensure that budgetary targets and role related KPIs are met
- Analytical analysis of relevant service delivery data and the provision of management reporting
- Coordinate resources to prepare and submit tenders
What you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in relationship management and/or business development within personal injury / insurance / healthcare sectors
- The passion to provide exceptional customer service with outstanding communication skills
- Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives and marketing activities.
- Experience in strategic planning and the development of customer management frameworks
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Commitment to acting with integrity with demonstrated adherence to contractual guidelines and requirements.
