About the role

We have a permanent opportunity for an experienced Analyst – Customer Research & Performance, based in Leederville.

As an Analyst, you will support the delivery of the Corporation’s Strategic Vision and Customer Strategy, providing key insights to realise our customer experience ambition. 

The position is responsible for collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer understanding, including understanding perceptions and influences on our Corporate KPI’s.

It’s an exciting time to influence the direction of our Customer Strategy, supporting the business to drive the delivery of actionable insights that lead to satisfied customers.  

What the role will involve:

  • Support the delivery of Customer and CX Strategies by providing evidence and insights needed to drive strategy implementation and improvements
  • Supporting the delivery of the customer insights program to enhance customer centricity and decision making across the enterprise
  • Collaborating with customer experience designers and data analysts to understand the needs and interactions that matter most to customers and how we can effectively measure performance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define their business objectives, converting these into Customer Research objectives.
  • Comply with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, corporate policy and ethical standards.

Key skills and experience: 

  • Tertiary level qualification in a relevant and related discipline.
  • Experience in the delivery of Market Research projects.
  • Ability to analyse market research data to identify strategic insights, converting those insights into actionable change within the business.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Strong knowledge of quantitative data analysis.
