The Role:
- Provide exceptional Customer service by answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Build relationships with customers/stakeholders
- Data entry
- Administration duties
- Proficient computer and organizational skills.
- Previous experience within a call centre role is essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated with the ability to work in a team/independently.
