Customer Service - Administrative Assistant (Permanent Part Time)

Key Responsibilities & Duties
Reporting to the Manager Operations as the Customer Service representative you are responsible for, but not limited to the following tasks:
- Daily phone calls to collect orders national from a call list.
- Customer relationship management.
- In store merchandising & order collection of high value customers.
- Management of online customer contact systems and ordering platforms
- Managing the reception phone.
- Managing Customer Service enquiries via email and phone.
- Clear communication & friendly attitude.
- Problem solving and working to a deadline
Academic/trade or qualifications
- While not necessary, 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role or industry.
- General Computer Skills
- Driver’s License
