Base salary range of $74,912 - $82,688 p.a plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
The Customer Service Consultant role focuses on delivering exceptional support to diverse stakeholder groups in a fast-paced environment. You'll excel in maintaining clear communication and data quality while undertaking specialised student administration duties.
Advocating for a multi-channel approach, you'll maximise enrolments, retention, and completion rates for TAFE NSW students.
Join us in making a difference through customer-focused service delivery. Operating hours are between 8am to 6pm.
We are recruiting for multiple full time positions across the following locations;
Ultimo (Sydney CBD), Newcastle (North Coast) and Penrith (Western Sydney)
About you
You are passionate about providing high levels of Customer service and thrive in an environment where no day is the same.
Your focus on achieving positive outcomes for the customer is key to success in the role and being able to navigate the various offerings available to students whilst on their journey at TAFE.
You are committed to achieving results and should be confident collaborating with a range of stakeholders and various teams to resolve customer enquiries and concerns, whilst contributing to meeting and exceeding team performance targets and KPIs.
