About the Role
As part of the Customer Service team this role will require you to be the first point of contact for all key account customers. You will be working closely with account managers and internal key stakeholders managing key accounts (majors) and assisting the wider Customer Service team where and when required. This role requires you to work a full 40-hour week and is based in the Liverpool region.
We are looking for a Customer Service superstar to join the team being the first point of contact for customers but also supporting internal staff and the warehouse handling inbound and outbound enquires and emails, processing customer orders, updates, ETA’s and any other enquires that will come your way.
Your Duties
- Superior Customer Service
- Provide quality service to both internal and external customers
- Ensure key account enquiries are answered in a timely and professional manner
- Processing of orders and invoicing
- Ensuring DIFOT is prioritised
- Customer service via email and phone
- Data entry, including some keying of orders, adjustments, credits
- Support the Head of Customer Service with areas of focus and overall continuous improvement
What we are looking for
- Experience in a Customer Service role
- Experience in distribution or wholesale environment
- Experience with ERP systems: SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, WMS
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to pick up new skills quickly
- Ability to work in a busy team environment
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Someone who is keen and willing to learn – attitude is everything

- At a minimum you will have 1 years’ experience within the FMCG/Distribution/Wholesale market
